This procedure assures the reservation of your order for 48 hours to avoid any delivery issues specially those you promised to your customers.

Please note as well that the P.O. sent will be valid for 48 hours. Once the P.O. is invoiced, it cannot be returned unless the item is defective.

Defective items are accepted within 24 hours from purchased date.

Please be noted that any Toshiba Portable bought or imported from any other subsidiary than EZCOM INTERNATIONAL and in the case of failure, even if it is under the International warranty, the customer will have to pay for the import charges of the spare parts used.

On the other hand any dealer that purchase, expose or import any Toshiba Portable from any other subsidiary than EZCOM INTERNATIONAL will be entitled to an immediate termination of Business with EZCOM INTERNATIONAL , with regards to Toshiba Products without prior notice.
